Datho is a addon so really it's down to the developer too sort out. Hopefully for your sake they are waiting for Isengard to become final before updating. But I'm assuming it's written in the code somewhere that upon start-up the addon is trying to call the openvpn.bin from the old location which was in the System squash.fs file.
